It just seems impossible to get all the right vitamins from diet alone so after a visit to my local health store i'l be stocking up on these for my husband as he hates his greens!!
Iron: needed if you don't eat enough red meat, suffer from tiredness and feeling run down, also if you drink alot of tea as it interferes with absorption.
Vitamin B12: if your utterly worn out and suffer from regular headaches and tummy aches.
Spirulina: for when you've been drinking too much or working out too much, spirulina is one of natures wonder foods know as the most dense super wholefood.
